The celebration of international  patient safety day was held in AKHTAR hospital

The international patient safety day commemoration ceremony with the theme “improve disease diagnosis for patient safety” and the slogan “correct diagnosis,more  safety” was held on 26 september 1403 in AKHTAR hospital with the presence of  the director,deputy director of treatment,nursing director and patient safety coordinator expert.in this ceremony,Dr.Minaei praised and thanked the efforts of colleagues in the safety team last year in order to advance patient safety standards ,and reminded them about the training of hospital personnel and the purchase of necessary equipment in order to increase the patient safety factor
